Kingwood says it wants a business ‘more representative of our society’

Of the adviser recruits made by consolidator Kingswood in 2022, a total 40% were women, latest results show.

Full year results for the transatlantic firm published today (24 May) state it wanted to "build a business more representative of society". "Good progress has been made to address diversity imbalances across the organisation," it added. "40% of UK adviser hires in 2022 were female." The statistic is 21 percentage points higher than in the UK financial advice industry, within which 19% of advisers are female.
